DAY TRIPS

Let us plan a day trip for your group. We can plan a customized trip for group as small as 10 and as large as 50+. We have occasional day trips planned that you can join. Meet up with friends or meet new ones on our trips. If you are interested in signing up for any of these trips, please click on the buttons below to print the registration form and send into Timeless Memories, Adventures & Events with your payment per registration instructions. Go to the contact page if you are a group that would like to create a private adventure with Timeless Memories, Adventures & Events and we will begin planning together!

Day Trips:

print the flyer/registration form to mail in with payment. You can also pay by credit card by clicking on the payment link next to the flyer button.

If you have trouble printing registration, feel free to write information required

on a piece of paper and send in with your check.

Remember to reserve early as seats may be filled by reservation date.

Refund Policy - Day Trips

Check each day trip for refund dates listed on flyers. All day trips are transferable. If there is a waiting list for a trip the next person on the list will be asked by Timeless Memories, Adventures & Events if they wish to purchase the available opening - then a refund will be transferred to canceling party. There is a $10.00 cancellation fee on day trips, unless a lesser amount written on flyer if you cancel before the cancellation date of the flyer. No refunds after the cancellation date.

Cancellation Policy - Day Trips

All checks are held if there is a minimum participation needed for a trip. If this minimum is not reached by vendor cancellation policy date, checks will be returned/shredded and day trip will be cancelled.

Cost and Tips:

Transportation cost is split amongst the participants on each trip. Timeless Memories, Adventure & Events contracts with a variety of Tour Companies and negotiates cost for trip. Not all gratuities are included for each trip such as restaurants, assistance at events, step on local guides, etc. Trip flyers will indicate whether driver and escort tips are included.
