Timeless Memories, Adventures & Events can customize overnight trips for you and your group. We have teamed up with several Travel Companies that can help us take awesome adventures. Maybe you would like to do a corporate retreat away from work, homeschool group adventure, a family reunion, High School Senior adventure, or a friends/women/couples trip; we can customize trips for 10 participants or more. We would also be honored to help groups and families with special needs to travel together. With a background in Recreational Therapy and Elementary Education, we are here to help modify, adapt and make this a memorial adventure for your unique trip needs.

Washington DC - A Capital Christmas
December 12 - 16, 2024
Currently SOLD OUT!
We will be stopping first in Cambridge, OH for a night to tour Dickens Victorian Village and 1881 Courthouse Light Show. Then we will continue to Washington DC for shows at the Ford’s theatre and the Kennedy Center. We will have a step on guide from Washington to take us on a tour of the monuments then a luminated tour of Christmas in Washington!

Thunder Bay Resort & Sky Bridge
October 23 - 24, 2024
Registration extended to September 18
This trip will take us up north in Michigan near Alpena to the Thunder Bay Resort for an Elk viewing adventure through the woods on a horse drawn carriage ride to a beautiful setting for a gourmet dinner with wine tasting. We will travel the next day to Boyne Mountain to travel up to the Sky Bridge to enjoy the fall views.
$100 deposit at time of registration. Final payment due by August 30. All payments after August are non refundable but transferable.

May 18-25, 2025
Stay in the World Renowned Chateau Frontenac for 2 nights! Sightseeing in all these cities, Byward market, Ste. Anne de Beaupre, Montmorency Falls, and much more. Deposit of $500 at time of registration. Trip Cancellation is $250 per person due with deposit. Final payment due to Timeless Memories by March 5, 2025.

Cape Cod & Martha’s Vineyard & Salem Witch Experience
September 12 - 19, 2025
We will stay at the Red Jacket Beach Resort for 3 nights. This trip will include Provincetown Whale Watch Cruise, Tour of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Salem Historic Trolley tours. Hooudini Museum and Magic Show will be included as well.
Deposit of $200 pp due at time of registration with $175 per person for Cancellation Protection if you would like to purchase. Final payment will be due to Timeless Memories by June 1, 2025.
